At chanchu.us, every order matters. We take pride in treating each one with the utmost care and attention to detail — from the design process to the final print. Our goal is to deliver a flawless product as quickly as possible while ensuring top-quality results.

Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days within 48 hours of being received. Once processed, we’ll send a design proof for your approval. If we don’t receive a response within 48 hours, we’ll move forward with printing and shipping the design as is — always with care and precision.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email or phone once your order is on its way. We work hard to make sure your custom design arrives safely and promptly.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your sticker arrives damaged, we’re happy to reprint it at no extra cost. Just send us a clear photo showing the damage, and we’ll take care of the rest.
